The first printing of Woodland is sold out in the Farewell store. Copies may still be
available from Ooga Booga, Lendroit, The Gothenburg Museum of Art, Dashwood Books
or Look Boutique.


November 23rd, 2007. Sjön Books, Kning Disk and Farewell.

Farewell is participating in a group show organised by Sjön Books and Kning Disk. The show
is on display at Skånes Konst from November 23rd to December 15th. The show also makes
a brief appearance at Galleri Box on December 7th, 8th and 9th.


November 3rd, 2007. Farewell joins Kiosk.

Farewell joins the travelling group exhibition Kiosk. Curated by Christoph Keller, the exhibition
features over 6000 publications from around 400 publishers. The current exhibition is taking
place at Midway Contemporary in Minneapolis. In January 2008, the show will be on display
at Galerie Art & Essai, Rennes, France.


September 24th, 2007. Farewell Books at the Gothenburg Book Fair.

Farewell Books will do a short presentation at the Gothenburg Book Fair on Thursday
the 27th of September. Come to the Association of Swedish Professional Photographers (SFF),
stand D06:20, at 3 p.m. Books available at friendly prices.


September 20th, 2007. New book by Mårten Lange.



Farewell is proud to present its third publication, Machina by Mårten Lange. Machina is a
collection of photographs taken in research laboratories, depicting high tech machines.
The book explores the point where logic becomes so complex it seemingly deteriorates

August 31st, 2007. Carbon Copy Commodity at Bell-Roberts.



Farewell is participating in a group exhibition focused on limited edition publications,
artist books and fanzines at the Bell-Roberts CUBE Gallery, Cape Town, South Africa.
Curated by Rui Tenreiro, featured publishers include Seems,Hassla, Nieves,Bongôut,
Used Future and Soyfriends. The exhibition is called Carbon Copy Commodity, opens
August 31st and lasts until September 29th.

June 27th, 2007. New book by Magnus Gyllensten.



A new book, Late Winter Early Spring by Magnus Gyllensten, is now available.
It is a story of the things that photography makes visible. A couple admiring
the view while at the same time being watched by a surveillance camera,
snow falling on a leather jacket, or a close-up of a tree, they are all part of
Gyllensten's personal vision. Click here to see it.

Magnus Gyllensten will be exhibiting photographs from the book at the
Planket 2007 event on June the 30th in Stockholm. We hope to see you there!


May 17th, 2007. Woodland reviewed.

Mr. McGinnis over at Print Fetish, an excellent blog about magazines, zines,
small press and various printed ephemera, has written a review of Woodland,
